Is facebook a credible source ? Please site the following examples below.

Lost Job (Freedom of speech)

These are just 2 examples, I have a facebook account solely for this blog --otherwise
Use caution also I cant count how relationshipss have been ruined by posting stuff yourself or the stuff you can't
control what other people post.  The 3rd example I agree with.

Goulash

So I had some idea that Goulash is a big deal, however I have been taught how to make it by a Magyar.  Anyhow the Magyar fell asleep after beating me in Ping Pong at Fogasház, then the goulash was really getting attacked as is the case with delicious Goulash.  The next day my  friend who fell asleep and essentially made the Goulash, tells me "you hurt me really" there was no Goulash saved for him.  I did of course save Goulash, but his recipe is that friggin good that even though I saved him some, people had no regard for right or wrong and ate it .!

Next time a Lock and Key !!

The U.S. is in the process of this WTF....

Please read and go to the following link.. Draw your own conclusions.
To me it is painfully obvious that this is not  the way to operate.  Totally against the beliefs which  made the US such a great place,  also does this remind anyone of something that has already happened. Oh like umm watch the link.

Cold Pizza

Waking and pleasantly surprised, we ordered pizza last night. Can I say AWESOME...  I didn't make it to the actual pizza being delivered, to many shots and beers. Last night we were at the Bazaar Klub for live band Karaoke I will be attending this event regularly.http://hu-hu.facebook.com/bazaarklub
Never the less I am happy to rise and find cold pizza in the hostel refrigerator.  Such a comforting thing for an American from the East Coast I cant remember how hangovers were quickly put to rest by the nutritional properties of cold pizza the morning after.
Unfortunately I did not make it to the conference yesterday I apologize.  So today will be devoted to hedonism and having a great time in the Pest on a Friday!

Integration on EU, National and Local level: opportunities and limitations

Central European University is hosting a lecture tomoorrow concerning the title of the post
http://www.ceu.hu/node/28028  I will be attending.

A few days ago I attended the Chinese Ambassador seminar concerning internal and external Chinese relations with the EU.  Interesting  a lot of good statistics and facts but in my opinion also a bit propaganda.

Snow totally caught off guard

I hope that I am not the only one that was caught by surprise by the snow this afternoon.  After a relatively warmer day yesterday,  I had plans to visit the Chinese market in the 8.  Scratch that at least for now, I will be doing some reading about the Greece bailout and take some good snow pics and upload.  The good  news about snow is the fun you can have in it and the of course some nice hearty soup afterwards.  Cheers!
Yesterday was Valentine's Day which was also surprising that such a romantic place as Budapest is not all over it.

Update for Mt Everest ADOPT A YAK

David Klein has updated the website, www.expeditions.hu with an english version for adopting a yak.  Since this attempt is such a difficult task( which is a huge understatement), to be the first Magyar in a solo effort without supplementary oxygen to complete what is called a "pure" ascent of Everest.  We can all help raise awareness and money for the cause.
ADOPT  A YAK!!!

Having met all kinds of people here in Budapest one thing is common ground.  How do I leave this city? and when you do, how long will you stay away before it literally pulls you back ?  I went to the Ukraine for four nights and F - this I am getting the first train back home.
